Everything is on the main level, except there is a 4th bedroom on the upstairs level. The 4th bedroom (upstairs) is extra long, having room for it's own den area.
This home is total electric, with central heat and air, and is serviced by WELL WATER ONLY.
The Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any and all water used for cooking or consumption.
There are two NON-FUNCTIONING Fireplaces, that are cosmetic only. Tenant could use candles or electric logs only.
The kitchen is open and on either side, there is both an eating area and a separate dining room overlooking the deck and backyard areas. Only a dishwasher and above the range microwave are provided for tenant’s use.

The home is on a full unfinished basement that is NOT included and is for the owner's use only.
There is to be absolutely NO: hunting, fishing, atv's, motorcycles, go carts, etc.
NO: campers, rv's, boats, trailers, utility or construction type equipment, trucks (other than pickup trucks).
The home and yard areas immediately surrounding the home are the only property included with the rent. Tenants can enjoy the lovely wooded views, but the wooded areas around the property are buffers and visual enhancements only (off limits, no access is allowed).
